In northern California a father and three children who vanished on a tree cutting trip were found alive. They were found in the mountains after huddling together to stay warm for three days in an intense blizzard. A helicopter found them in the woods and the two younger children, aged twelve and fourteen were put on the helicopter first. Then they returned to retrieve the eighteen year old son and the father.
